At Tynder, when we have a litter it is a special event! We believe in and encourage breeding of the all-around labrador who loves sport and looks good relaxing on the front porch. We are currently small and comfortable growing our family of dogs slowly. As a hobby: we show our dogs in conformation, participate in obedience/rally, and enjoy having our Labradors retrieve birds at hunting events.

We support the breeding of dogs tested for genetic health disorders, hip displasia, elbow displasia, and heritable eye conditions. Knowing the results of Hip/Elbow/Eye/Heart/DNA clearances is valuable and helps us to determine healthy breeding decisions for our dogs. We want our labradors to be sound and healthy.
